Alexandra-Maria-Lara
Alexandra Maria Lara was born in Romania and is now an actress from Germany and Romania. Her most well-known movies include Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. She was the sole daughter to Romanian acting star Valentin Platareanu, Alexandra entered showbiz early and landed up acting in lead roles on various television dramas by the time she reached the age of 16. Following her critically-acclaimed character in the television film Der Tunnel, Alexandra went into other notable parts, including Adolf Hitler's secretary Traudljunge as well as the secretary of Adolf Hitler in Downfall. This film won an Oscar and received critical and commercial great success. The Reader is another Oscar nominated movie featuring this actress. Alexandra has been involved in many noteworthy projects, both in the United States and internationally. This includes the British biographical feature Control Greek dramatic film The Dust of Time French historical Miniseries Napoleon, amongst others. She was also an active member of jury for the Cannes Film Festival jury and Transylvania International Film Festival.
