Amal Clooney
Amal Clooney is Amal Ra. Alamuddin, a Lebanese British legal practitioner and human rights advocate. An alumni of Oxford University and New York University School of Law her extensive and impressive professional career in the field of human rights and international law have won her international acclaim. The most notable clients she has worked with are many nations, like Armenia that is trying to convince the Turkish government to acknowledge Armenia's rights and recognize the Armenian Genocide. Amal Clooney arranged for American actor George Clooney to marry him in the year 2014 and immediately became an iconic name in pop media. Prior to her marriage, she was admired and well-known within the legal community for her achievements and ability to represent clients. She has a wide range of tasks, ranging from dealing with human rights and social justice issues to human rights through to representing various multinational corporations at court and when it comes to negotiations on government regulations.
